How much does benefits verification software cost?

Three price shapes. The raw eligibility transaction, bought from a clearinghouse, costs cents per check or a modest monthly plan. The AI verification layer is priced per verification or per call, typically a few hundred dollars a month plus an onboarding fee. Enterprise RCM platforms bundle it into the platform fee. Veribrance publishes its pricing: $399 a month plus setup.

Only a handful of vendors publish prices, so most comparisons start with a sales call. When you do compare, compare like with like. A per-transaction clearinghouse fee buys you the 271 and nothing else. An AI verification fee buys the interpretation, the gap-filling, the calls and the estimate. The honest comparison for the second is against the hours your staff spend on verification each month, not against a per-check fee.
